Gone Green Smoothie Bowl! SAVE 15% ON PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS!

My personal trainer/certified nutritionist/metabolic technician husband loves to tell me how to live my life from HIS health perspective. He's truly a master at his craft, so of course I listen to him; however, it can be annoying at times. I think it's because I don't like being told what to do. Are you with me on this? As a chef/fitness instructor/small business owner/mom, I'm constantly on my feet and on the go! And because of this my husband constantly pressures me to eat more calories. Sometimes it's hard to eat an abundance of savory food at once because it can be heavy. And after so many bites, I just can't handle it! However, because I'm one of those, "there's always room for dessert," type people, why not turn my dessert into something functional that will benefit me? Something like a protein smoothie bowl!? What I love about this "dessert" is that it takes only 5 minutes to make. This "dessert" can be served as a breakfast or a meal replacement because it is LOADED with nutrient goodness! If you're super active and not nearly eating as much as you should (like me), then this recipe is definitely for you! AND, if you're unsure of how much you're supposed to be eating per day, DM my husband! He'd be more than happy to help you! His name is Isaac Rejino. His email address: ike.attractfit@gmail.com I've attached the macro information for those whom are strict with their caloric intake! Just an fyi, this recipe is not keto-friendly! If you are on the keto diet, simply omit the banana and replace it with a whole avocado! Enjoy! TIME: 5 MINUTES YIELDS: 1 SERVING CALORIES: 397
