Chocolate Orange Pecan Fudge
You guys! My sweet tooth is the wooooorst! I know some of you probably feel the same way, but sometimes I feel incredibly helpless around sweet, sugary, treats. 😫😫 You know what I'm saying? I think that's why I like to mess around with dessert recipes because I don't like saying no to them, but I also don't like eating garbage! Right?? Anyways, here's another creation I came up with! Recipe inspiration for this super decadent easy clean-eating dessert recipe came from an old private chef client of mine! And you know what? It only has 4 ingredients! Enjoy, Sassy Fam!
Ingredients 1/2 cup of chopped toasted pecans 1 cup dates 1/2 cup cocoa powder Zest and juice from 1 ripe orange Method 1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. 2. Toast the pecans without oil for 10 minutes. 3. While the pecans are toasting, blend dates, cocoa powder, and orange zest and juice in a food processor until it becomes flaky. 4. Pour the mix in a bowl and fold in the pecans. Mold it into a container, slice it into pieces, and store in fridge!
