Ingredients for Pudding 4 ripe avocados 1 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup Truvia (or a 1/2 cup real maple syrup for paleo version) 1 can of coconut cream - divided 1 teaspoon Himalayan Salt Garnishes for Pudding per 1/2 cup serving 1 tablespoon almonds
1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut 2 strawberries, sliced
A handful of blueberries
**** you can pretty much add any toppings you want**** Method 1. Combine all of the pudding ingredients except for the coconut cream, into a food processor and blend. 2. Pour/stream the coconut cream into the food processor as the pudding mixes. Depending on how creamy you like your pudding, you can use anywhere from a 1/2 cup to a cup of coconut cream. I like my pudding super creamy and decadent so I ended up using the whole can of coconut cream. PLEASE pay attention to the label when buying coconut cream. Coconut milk is NOT a good substitute for this recipe because the pudding will turn out watery if you attempt to use coconut milk. 3. Slice up the garnishes as listed. Arrange pudding bowls with 1/2 cup of pudding per serving. Sprinkle garnishes on top! Plant-Based Version - AS IS Paleo Version - Substitute REAL MAPLE SYRUP for Truvia Keto Version - Keep the Truvia. Ditch the Strawberries
